stuffed pepper
stuffed pepper
I decided to cook today because today was the last day of the first semester ( 1 year and a half and i'm out of high school :) and finished up with finals . I decided to make my own recipe because i think that's the funniest part of cooking anything , the last time i made stuffed peppers was a year and a half ago which was for my Spanish class First i brushed the insides with olive oil and inside the pepper i added in sliced garlic and lemon juice . I then roasted the pepper until it was tender-ish . Then i fried some rice with garlic , onion , lemon , tomatoes and some Russian spices . Then i added in some sausage into the rice mix. Afterwards i added a light tomato sauce inside the pepper and added in the rice mixture , then topped it off with cheese . The cucumbers are there because i felt like there was too much red , though i didn't know what to do to them so i just left them there . After high school if photography doesn't work out for me then maybe i will try culinary school , i think it would be fun even though i'm not that great of a cook :)

This was the very first picture I uploaded to Flickr on 3 February 2005. I've bumped it to the top because Pepper, the most affectionate cat you could imagine, passed away today. We will miss her, rest in peace old cat.
