T-SHIRT ORDER FORM

 

T-shirts are a GREAT form of advertising so the Play Committee would like every 5^th grader to have a T-shirt to promote the play.  It is also a terrific way to begin building the bond of the 5^th grade team that will continue in Merrowvista.

 

Please complete the following order form and have your child return it to the yearbook box in their classroom.  Orders are due Nov. 26.
