Mr. Heater F232000 MH9BX Buddy 4,000-9,000-BTU Indoor-Safe Portable Radiant Heater

The MH9B little buddy is a 4,000-9,000-BTU portable, indoor safe radiant heater. A single 4,000 heat setting delivers sufficient radiant heat for a space up to 200-square-feet. Safety features include a tip over switch that will shut the heater off if it gets knocked over and a low oxygen sensor that shuts the heater off when oxygen levels in the room get too low. The pilot design will also shut the heater off completely if the pilot light goes out. Heater uses a knob for ignition and a separate single button acts as a kill switch. Clean burning and nearly 100-percent efficient. CSA approved and factory tested with a one year warranty. Tank not included. (not intended for use in California. See item F232025).

I built this as a personal workout space; it's 16'x16', which is plenty of room for one, a little tight for more than one. Still, my top students come here to work out with me 3x a week, we've managed to actually fit four people in here and make it work. It's really nice to have a space that is separate from the house; the banging and slamming of the bag and strikes against the pads are much less annoying to everyone else when there's 50 feet of open air between us and them.

This is the boiler room, I tried to leave as much room as possible for service. Now I am contemplating removing the boiler all together and replacing it with tankless propane water heaters. One for hot water one for the heat system... I cant decide if i should do this now before finishing or later when i make some money from the apartment.
