29 Days November 9 - December 28, 2008 See blog entry from the vernissage When I look at these pictures, I realize that I have wanted to take them for a long time, but without knowing how. It is about maturing as a photographer but also about technique. Taking pictures with a Diana camera means that you have to forget about everything that is not essential. I think it adds to what you want to say. Your ideas about the "perfect picture", rules of composition, etc. are not applicable at all. I want these pictures to be very simple, minimalistic and transparent. | Thomas Håkansson Born(year): 1951 Lives in: Stockholm Contact: thomashakansson@telia.com Latest exhibition: Galleri Korn, Stockholm Coming, planned exhibition: no current plans Inspiration (photographers): Catarina Gotby, Kirsten Klein, Joakim Eskildsen, Lars Tunbjörk and Pieter Ten Hoopen Inspiration (other): Per Kirkeby (Danish painter), Gao XingJang (Chinese writer living in France).
