The laptop is Acer Aspire 5910G and it got some ACPI and CPU core heating issues lately so I was lucky to find some custom thermocool stuff up in the storeroom and made myself a cooler stand!.. It doesnt have any ATX fans and im just using this temporarily. And also , I dint make any cut outs or such stuff out of the thermocool. This by the way , also improved my posture and viewing experience! As you can see, the "U" hole in the thermocool collects the main heat from heat sink and dissapiates most of the heat through the left direction. To make it more faster , I gave myself a hypothesis and just included a small glass of cool water in it , just so as to make the temperature in the U area cooler from the evaporation of the water.

The cooler is upside down so we can see the bottom plate with protective film removed (1). Mounting brackets (2) have been attached using the 4 smallest screws from photo 5. These are designed so that the cooler can now be attached in any of four orientations. It doesn't really matter, though, since the cooler is symmetrical in these planes.
