The house is approximately 1819 square feet.  The exterior has a brick front with vinyl siding on the rest of the surrounding exterior.  A privacy fence surrounds a well manicured yard, a little smaller than a half acre.  The house was constructed in 2009 and we have lived in the house nearly one year.  There are covered patios in the front and rear of the house.  The four bedrooms have carpet, while the bathroom and kitchen have ceramic tile.  The extra large living area has hardwood floors, trayed ceiling, and custom crown molding.  Each of the bedrooms have modern fixtures and ceiling fans and also extra large closets.  The master bedroom has a trayed ceiling and has a walk-in closet.  The master bathroom has a whirlpool tub as well as a walk-in shower.  Also in the master bathroom are his and her walk-in closets.  Each of the two bathrooms have double vanity sinks.  There are a total of eleven closets in the house.  The kitchen contains lots of cabinet space in addition to all stainless appliances (i.e., dishwasher, microwave, smooth top stove).
