I enlarged the canvas on the left-hand panel and dragged in the lime and the glass shots. After cropping I enlarged the canvas twice, inserted the title text and then a fill layer and picked a colour from the limes for the backgound. It took me about 90 minutes - but only because I was phaffing around - and drinking the Moscow Mule!
