We did a live webcast with Ryan Newman in which he answered fan submitted questions from the site and OLM. Created SOW, Project Plan, Project Action Registry, and Risk/Issue log. Monitored budget to actuals. Handled estimate and budget monitoring. Traveled to Charlotte, NC to be on-site during the live webcast and coordinate with QA and infrastructure before, during, and after the webcast to ensure the highest quality experience for the end user. Managed site, OLM, and social media pieces simultaneously. Worked with partner agency, who provided RSS feed for the video, and the broadcast team for premium video quality. Worked with multiple groups including Account, Social Media, Broadcast, Analytics, Information Architecture, Creative, Client Technology, QA, and Infrastructure to launch the project successfully.
