Toktumi bluetooth issues

I just hit the backspace by mistake, the browser went back and I lost the rant. I'll post it again when I have more time.

Long story short, this awesome program is somewhat crippled by the lack of being able to answer a call by pressing the call button on a Bluetooth headset.
I first read about Toktumi on Slashgear, then after a few searches, I had it installed and ruining in a few minuets.

Aug 3/10: So I lost the first rant. No biggie, here goes round two.

I am using the Toktumi Windows softphone program until the Android version is released. Luckily for me I was able to get in on the beta test group and should see it sooner than latter! As for the Windows version, I am very impressed by it's low price, overall performance, ease of use, and plethora of features. Thus far there are only two issues I have with it.

Issue one: When the program is running on your desktop computer while using a Bluetooth (I'm using a Plantronics Voyager Pro UC) a call can come in, and you can hear it ring in your ear, but pressing the call button on the headset will not pick up the call. You have to click the call button on the program. This rather ties you to your desk if you want to take calls. I have chatted with support on this and they said they are aware of this issue and after pressing them they said they will send a ticket to development and try to get it resolved.

Issue two: Now maybe I just have it configured wrong, but I have spent a good day at this and I can't find a way make it work. (if you can figure it out PLEASE EMAIL ME!) I have the auto attend setup to pickup as soon as someone calls my computer, then direct them to the some options and when they get out, the call will forward to my softphone. What I want it to do is that if my softphone is not picked up, the call will forward to my cell, then to my Toktumi voicemail. So far calls from the auto attendant will forward to my softphone, then to voicemail. So far I am at a complete loss, and have disabled the auto attendant.

*Update: I did get the auto attendant working, but I'm not quite sure how. I'll post more latter, or you can email me.*

So far I intend to suffer until the Android version is released, as it should solve both of the above issues for me. My plan is to run this on Notion Ink's Adam tablet, and kiss my cell phone goodbye.
