Valve, Plug
This sort of valve is commonly seen on natural gas lines around the house. There are some "industrial" versions that are high performance valves. Where the vacuum line from the airbox plugs in.
This is on the rear of the driver's side valve cover. i think there is supposed to be a filter here, not a vacuum hose.
