Grinnell Glacier, Glacier National Park. Panoramic
Someone told me they wanted a larger view of Grinnell Glacier so, this is the larger version of the photo I posted yesterday. I'm just kidding, my wife asked me to do a panoramic of this while we were there and I thought, hey good idea and I did. Such a beautiful wall and a view of three glaciers on it! It's the second time I had made this hike. I just wish the lighting was better but I guess when you hike, this is the best it gets in mid afternoon on a cloudy day. I'd love to be here at sunrise but won't hike in Glacier after dark for many reasons. By the way, I have no idea why Flickr keeps posting my pictures as taken today when I post them. I reviewed my settings and found nothing. I would much rather be in Glacier today, but I'm not. This was taken in August.
