The Go To Bag
The Go To Bag
The Go-To Bag After three months of home improvement, I’ve realized quite by accident my little tool bag has become “self-optimized”. I’ve been putting a tool into it whenever I’ve needed it desperately for a job, and taking a tool out if I have no need for it. After a while, the kit should reach an equilibrium where I have all the essentials to pretty much cover what needs to be done. I thought I’d share it with you, in case you have a teenager who needs their first set of tools, or if you need that ready kit for around the house. Heck – this would be a perfect list for Christmas in October. Keep in mind that most of my tools are: Gifts From garage sales Found or made …hence their varying degrees of “beat up”-ness. All nice and pretty. Set up so I can find things quick and also so I can count what I have left. Surgery might be painful... Also out so that the sun could hit them later on, causing them to swell as much as the PVC. Easier fits.
