Attached at the end of the page is a document to register your athletes. There is no limit of entries. Each participant must also complete and sign the disclaimer, also attached in the page. In case of not sign this document, the athlete are not being able to participate in the championship. Falagueira 2700-626 Amadora Registration forms should be sent by email to: aamyp@ymaaportugal.com The disclaimers and the registrations forms should be delivered by 26th of June. It is required for the athletes to have a personal accident insurance to participate in the competition, otherwise the athletes will be prevented from participating in it.
