The Wal-Mart isn't far from St. Laurent Centre: go west along Coventry Road to Belfast Road, cross over the Queensway, turn off at Terminal Avenue (the corner with the Wendy's/Tim Hortons), and the Wal-Mart is located on the brand new stretch of road in between Terminal Ave. and Industrial Ave., a stretch of road that is so new that it doesn't appear on the Yahoo map and you can only see a faint outline where the road will soon be on the Yahoo satellite view).

This Wal-Mart McDonald's seems to use a different design from the existing Wal-Mart McDonald's locations in the Ottawa Area; it's right near the front doors instead of being tucked in at the back of the store, and there's no giant walk-through Golden Arches.

This was taken less than an hour before closing times, so a lot of the chairs were put upside down on the tables so that the floors could be cleaned.

Many grocery stores in Vietnam try to promote certain products by including a small gift. The main one that does this is Co-Op Mart where you can see clerks with huge rolls of tape and boxes of bowels for gifts. It worked on me! I needed one of these little bowls for ribbon candy for when my guests come over. :p
