Here is the OPML file if you want to use the RSS feeds we're using, just open it with your feedreader or browser. This version still needs some cleaning up, because of some older stuff still being in there, but it works.

Right click and select "save target as" to download it to your computer. http://totally.fuzzy.admin.googlepages.com/MySubscriptions.opml
Then open the file or import it into your feed reader or browser (only if your browser supports RSS feeds of course).
You can also import it in Google Reader.
