POLYETHYLENE BALL VALVES : PULSE AIR VALVE
Polyethylene Ball Valves
polyethylene
- A polymer consisting of many ethylene monomers bonded together; used for kitchenware, containers etc
- A tough, light, flexible synthetic resin made by polymerizing ethylene, chiefly used for plastic bags, food containers, and other packaging
- a lightweight thermoplastic; used especially in packaging and insulation
- Polyethylene or polythene (IUPAC name polyethene or poly(methylene)) is the most widely used plastic, with an annual production of approximately 80 million metric tons. Its primary use is within packaging (notably the plastic shopping bag).
ball valves
- A one-way valve that is opened and closed by pressure on a ball that fits into a cup-shaped opening
- (Ball valve) A ball valve is a valve with a spherical disc, the part of the valve which controls the flow through it. The sphere has a hole, or port, through the middle so that when the port is in line with both ends of the valve, flow will occur.
- (ball valve) any valve that checks flow by the seating of a ball
- (Ball Valve) A simple non-return valve consisting of a ball resting on a cylindrical seat within a liquid passageway.
High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE)
Dell is integrating 100 percent recycled High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) thermal-formed cushions comprised of materials including milk jugs and laundry detergent bottles. An estimated 33 million recycled milk jugs will be integrated into desktop and laptop packaging in 2009.
improvised weights #851
Somehow (wink) I know that each one weighs 2 kg. • ??????(petto botoru) = "plastic bottle" ↑ PET = polyethylene terephthalate, a term unknown to 99% of the North American public. We call them plastic bottles.
