3 WAY MANIFOLD VALVE : HYDRAULIC THROTTLE VALVE. 3 Way Manifold Valve
Driving (+1 in comments) Driving 39/52 I built this car a few years back and have been pretty busy to enjoy the build. It took me almost three years of daily attention but I can honestly say I touched literally every bolt on this car. I rebuilt the engine with new internals, re-wired the entire car and hide the wiring along the way, swapped over suspension from another make, rebuilt the brake system and powdercoated the components, ran larger fuel lines with all new plumbing, built a new exhaust to accommodate the planned 22PSI of boost from the turbo, and even swapped in interior pieces from another make. I had the car tuned by a local tuner and it just broke the 400WHP mark at 21PSI of boost, putting it easily into the 13s or high-12s mark for the quarter mile. I forgot how fun it was to drive and really look forward to taking it out on these warm nights again. Only the Si has Honda's 197-hp, 2.0-Liter, dual-overhead camshaft (DOHC) i-VTEC® 4-Cylinder Engine. The K20Z3 engine produces 197 horsepower at 7800 rpm and 139 lb-ft of torque at 6100 rpm. Thanks to special Honda-developed performance technologies, such as the ultra-precise Drive-by-Wire™ throttle system, 3-rocker i-VTEC® variable valve timing, a cold-air intake and high-flow, low-heat exhaust manifold, the K20Z3 engine boasts an impressively flat torque curve from 2000 rpm all the way to its race car-like 8000-rpm redline. Plus, the K20Z3’s intake and exhaust system is quieter and less obtrusive when cruising at highway speed, but produces an aggressive, sporty sound at full throttle. The Si style is only available with manual transmission. It is a 6-speed vs. a 5-speed for the other manual transmission styles of Civic Sedan.
