Day Rule Trading

Guideline set-forth by IRS, stating that all healthcare elections must be made within 30 calendar days of date-of-hire or qualifying event.
3-day clear rule from SEC/cash accounts/retirement must be cash/3 days for transactions to clear so you cant re-use that money.
A rule which requires that a person charged with a felony be given a preliminary examination not more than 14 days after the person’s arraignment on the original warrant.  See MCL 766.4, MCR 6.104(E)(4).
