Martin County Courthouse (Shoals, Indiana)

This very ugly old 1981 concrete bank building was converted into the Martin County Courthouse in the year 2000. It is located in downtown Shoals near the post office. It replaced the county's previous courthouse built in 1876 on the northeast side of town across the East Fork of the White River from the downtown area.

Old Martin County Jail (Stanton, Texas)

This historic structure was built in the 1880s around the time of this county's organization. It now stands as a museum piece on the northwest corner of the courthouse square.
