Use Microsoft Internet Explorer to Upgarde

Before you Upgrade,,Download the file in your Hard Disk and
Try the deep reset first:
- turn off the router.
- press Reset and turn on the router.
- hold the reset for 30 sec until led's router start flashing

Now there should be no more firmware.
