I had posters all over my room, and I even had 5 (real) baby turtles that were named after each member of the band, had sheets and pillow cases and everything. back seat miseries

Assuming the entire world has been in love and knows the feeling of making out in back seats with people you think you're in love with, but never really are. To be so young it doesn't matter what love is or that we may never really find it. Too young to care about people watching you swap spit at red lights...always praying for more and more and so? What does any of that mean? I've barely experienced it so I wouldn't know. It all slipped right through my fingers. Now we're too old for that shit...or maybe we just think that. I believe that when you find someone you're REALLY in love with we'll regress to all those teenage romance experiences and maybe they'll last forever, if only in small ways. God I hope that's the truth, because if not, I'm royally screwed.
