Celebrity trainer, Jeanette Soloma-Hale, choreographs this 30-minute exercise routine while Patricia Kara, Pilar Lastra and Alike Boggan work you back into shape with lots of fun, smiles and laughs along the way! Final Days Ugh! Can I just say this? I knew what we were signing on for when we decided on this project, but I am getting sick of living out of one room with our stuff every which way. I know the apartment will look wonderful when everything is done, but for now: ugh! The plasterer finished up on Tuesday (after being delayed by last weekend's extreme humidity--the compound took three days to dry!) Clemens was moving on Wednesday, and understandably, he needed a couple of days to settle in. We can absolutely deal, and besides, I want this guy focusing on what he's doing (like operating power tools) and not thinking about the to-do list awaiting him at home. This gave us a few days of breathing room where nobody was coming into the apartment--the space was ours! Which, yeah, was nice, but doesn't get us any closer to being done. Clemens returned briefly on Friday, with plans to return on Monday. Meanwhile, we're making the best of it, because, really, what else can we do? Combined power of proper tools and McGyverism

I didn't know when I snapped spokes so I kept on riding and caused more spokes to break and the wheel warped radically and laterally. Combined all resources from friends/roomates I got enough tools and improvised this seat post for extra leverage to get the tight cassette off so I can replace spokes and true the wheel, wash drive train, re grease freehub. while I was there I rewrapped a new chainstay protector too.
