You can never, never go wrong with a good stir fry. I found my perfect method...I microwave the veggies for a short time to get them heated up, then toss them in a hot pan with sauce. That way, they get heated through and the sauce sticks to them without them turning to mush, which is something I have a problem with. I cannot express my love for cooked broccoli that is still crispy and bright green.
What Would Our Great-Grandparents Think?
Cooking is certainly easy these days. All I had to do was stick the salmon in the toaster oven for ten minutes, warm the potatoes in the microwave for a couple of minutes, and pull the broccoli salad (not shown in this picture) out of the refrigerator. (I did make the broccoli salad. Fresh Market marinated the salmon and roasted and herbed the potatoes.)
