Project Description:

Can money math games connect us to gaining wealth?

Students studied about how wealth is connected to every day math and that, in finding a profession they love, they will find financial security. Our class studied how to shop, how to use a calculator to budget, how use a budget to save for the future, and how to choose a job that they will love. Students used www.orangekids.com to "earn" money, borrow money and save money to prepare them for when they will be old enough to have jobs of their own. Students then made Keynote presentations about their dream jobs.
