Process West Oil Cooler - Green Coleman Cooler
Process West Oil Cooler
oil cooler
- This looks like a small Radiator used to cool off the engine oil or the Automatic transmission fluid. As air passes through the cooler, the temperature of the oil in the cooler is reduced. Some units reduce the temperature of the manual Gearbox and Differential lubricants in racing cars.
- A heat exchanger for cooling oil. Most automatic transmissions are equipped with an oil cooler that's located inside the radiator. Since the radiator usually runs close to 200 degrees, the amount of "cooling" this kind of setup provides is questionable.

- subject to a process or treatment, with the aim of readying for some purpose, improving, or remedying a condition; "process cheese"; "process hair"; "treat the water so it can be drunk"; "treat the lawn with chemicals" ; "treat an oil spill"
- procedure: a particular course of action intended to achieve a result; "the procedure of obtaining a driver's license"; "it was a process of trial and error"
- A series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end
- A natural or involuntary series of changes
- (psychology) the performance of some composite cognitive activity; an operation that affects mental contents; "the process of thinking"; "the cognitive operation of remembering"
west
- the countries of (originally) Europe and (now including) North America and South America
- The compass point corresponding to this
- The western part of the world or of a specified country, region, or town
- to, toward, or in the west; "we moved west to Arizona"; "situated west of Boston"
- The direction toward the point of the horizon where the sun sets at the equinoxes, on the left-hand side of a person facing north, or the part of the horizon lying in this direction

Melbourne's West
pca69: Smoke WIT: I work in Melbourne's west side - the side known for it's industrial operations and big trucks. This sort of sight is not uncommon in Melbourne's west especially in the early mornings or late afternoons of winter where the temperatures can get quite cold. A lot of the times, the "smoke" coming out is really just the condensation of many of the cooling facilities (e.g. cooling towers) in the plant. Initially, I had hoped to take photos of an oil refinery at sunrise, capturing the beautiful colours of sunrise as a contrast against the industrial smoke. Unfortunately, Melbourne has been very foggy in the mornings recently and that never came to being. This shot was taken instead, which is an industrial site at dusk. Taken on a tripod on a bridge with lots of traffic zooming by. Post processing included cropping and small adjustments in contrast and colour.

the RULES: process begins through experience or assignment. process never ends unless one is satisfied with the outcome. one must completely leave the process at some point. ideas happen through a combination or research, making and reflection. returning to the process requires outside encouragement or excitement. process will never follow exactly the same path. process involves repetition. process is cyclical. one must be disappointed during the process in order to complete the process. one must be excited during the process in order to complete the process. research is less present towards the end of the process. process will end in reflection.
