This is the major fundraising event of the year for our Group and, in a tried and tested format, the amount of money we raise is proportional to the number of our members we have helping. Therefore we would like all Cubs and Scouts to volunteer to attend for a couple of hours.

 

We perform this bag packing at Sainburys in Emersons Green - parents you can do your shopping whilst your kids pack bags and / or you too can line up to help pack!

 

A rota will be published soon. Please do make every effort to attend. It is understood that we all lead busy lives, but it is one event that we would like you to give priority to over the rest of the things that it may clash with. It is not fair on those who do attend if others are seen to be absent.

 

The money raised enables the Group to provide all the activities that the members enjoy and it keeps down the amount of money we have to raise from capitiation fees.
