Morfa Hill is not part of a huge holiday company. It's our only property and family members clean and prepare it - ensuring it's always perfect for your visit. That's why we have guests who are on their 5th and 6th visit to us!
You can be sure to receive a quality service and a fantastic holiday or short break, in a stunning family home.

The Property
The accommodation on offer, is beautifully decorated and furnished. From the moment you walk in the door.......!
Spacious, 4 bedroom Victorian house, Sleeps 8+ cot, comfortably. 300 yds from gorgeous beaches & close to all amenities, in the beautiful seaside village of Rhosneigr - Renowned for it’s abundance of exciting water sports!
It's nicely renovated & decorated, retaining many original features. Period fireplaces, stripped wood floors and doors. This light and airy house offers lot’s of space for living, inside & out & a large, secure parking area for cars/boats to the rear.
There are 4 bedrooms, some have sea views in the distance. The large front bedroom has a lovely bay window overlooking the front garden and a view of the village clock. Travel cot available for use. The rear larger bedroom overlooks the large garden and conservatory. This room has a flat screen Freeview TV to escape to if required!
The bunk rooms are great for kids, but are still generous enough for adults to be comfortable too. We’ve tested them ourselves and they are lovely! 
There’s a family bathroom with shower over a smaller size bath and a 2nd toilet downstairs. We also have a utility room for storing equipment etc. There’s a washing machine too.
You’ll have a choice of 2 comfy lounges. The large front lounge has a bay window, 3 sofa's, Wide screen TV, digital freeview, DVD and even a Nintendo Wii - feel free to bring your favourite games. A lovely open fire awaits you on your return from the beach!
The rear lounge has 2 sofas and a stereo, CD player. Selection of books, games, etc. Double doors leading to the conservatory.
The large kitchen has been opened up & extended with a glass roofed conservatory. It includes all the equipment, crockery etc you’ll need. Also has a fabulous ceramic hob, electric range style cooker & large fridge with 1/3 size freezer compartment above.
Please note - NO DISHWASHER - Environmentally friendly dishwashing only! Mind you - who needs to cook when you've got all the village has to offer on your doorstep!!
It’s a wonderful bright, sunny, open plan, cooking/dining/living area, for all the family to enjoy, with a large table around which to gather. Childs high chair also.
We have a DAB radio and i pod dock and there’s a sofa to sit & look out through the french doors, onto the large, south facing , fully enclosed, private patio & lawned garden. There’s even a tree swing for the kids!
All electricity and gas is included. No nasty meter charges!
Duvets etc provided, just bring your sheets, covers and towels. Per night prices available. Friday to Friday bookings during peak times but flexible start dates available at all other times.

THE LOVELY VILLAGE OF RHOSNEIGR
Rhosneigr has lot’s to offer water sports enthusiasts, who enjoy a great nightlife, Families with children or couples just looking for a quiet, relaxing break.
 It’s surrounded by many beautiful beaches , full of rock pools to explore and offering a wide range of sports, such as sailing surfing , windsurfing and there’s even a kite surfing school . Don’t worry if you’re new to it all. Lessons are available, as is equipment hire & also boat launching facilities.
 The shopping is great here too! We have a ‘Fat Face’ store, Gecko - a lovely shop offering ranges from Quicksilver, Weird fish, Roxy etc. They also have a fabulous gift shop across the road - perfect for those bech themed souveniers! The local surf shop, Funsport, now too offers all the clothing, wetsuits and equipment you’ll need for a beach holiday. Saves on packing! There is a Newsagents, Spar with post office, Chemist, launderette and a hairdressers.
 You’ll not go hungry either! With the 'Y Morfa' pub next door, Sullivan’s Restaurant & Café, Sandy’s Bistro, The Glaneigr pub, 'Bali Hi' fish and chip shop, Bee Bee’s coffee shop & ice cream parlour, Mojo’s creperie breakfast place & restaurant and the tiny Aydins cafe and pizzeria. There are also exciting developments at The Maelog Hotel, now under new ownership. You’ll have a great excuse to eat out every day of the week, within metres of the house!
 Anglesey has a glorious coastline and we can also recommend some fantastic family pubs, in the most amazing settings, if you wish to further explore this fabulous islands beauty!

We never keep back dates for ourselves - all bookings are for genuine guests
TARIFF 2012
We also provide per night prices, but would need a minimum of 2 nights booking. Payment in full is required on booking please.
Jan, Feb, March, Nov and December are our low season prices at £85 per night.
April, May, Sept and October are our mid season at £100 per night.
June and July to the school holidays are £125 per night. Our high season. But don't forget these prices are for 8+ people! We'd need to exclude school hols and half terms, but we would take last minute bookings if the property is available, at a cost of £135 per night in the summer hols.
All electricity, gas central heating and hot water included. Also fuel for first fire provided and further fuel available locally.
The property is available for your use from 3pm on the holiday start date until 10am on the final day. Entry and vacate times may be altered where possible (sorry, not available during peak summer weeks) at a cost of £30 extra if available.
In the event of cancellation, any monies already paid, will be refunded only if the dates are successfully re-let - minus any costs incurred for extra advertising.
We also request a damage and cleaning deposit of £100 per break - which will be immediately returned to you following our final check on the property, providing it is as was presented to you on arrival.
