- A globe valve is a type of valve used for regulating flow in a pipeline, consisting of a movable disk-type element and a stationary ring seat in a generally spherical body.
- A valve with a linear motion, push-pull stem, whose one or more ports and body are distinguished by a globular shaped cavity around the port region.
- A valve that lets you adjust the flow of water to any rate between fully on and fully off. Also see Gate Valve.
