We will again allow students to opt out of 1 class in which they have an A average for the semester. Seniors may opt out of 2 classes that they have an A average for the semester. Students will have to sign-up in the office for the class they wish to opt out of. Those students opting out will not have to attend school for the exam period if it is the first final of the day. If it is the second final of the day they will be required to stay at school, but may go to the library or cafeteria to study or visit. For all finals being taken, review session attendance is required in order to take the corresponding final the next day. If a student is opting out of an exam, they may go to the library or cafeteria during that review session – they must stay at school. |
