Low blood sugar is a stimulus to hunger, but exercise releases fats into the bloodstream for energy, so the blood-sugar level does not drop appreciably. Interestingly, a study with pigs confirmed this. Forty-five jogged on treadmills, another group loafed. Food was kept before both groups. The sedentary pigs ate more than the joggers, and at the end of the test the runners weighed 20 pounds less than those that loafed.

Ok so I don't do very well with options. Over the years I've tried very hard to get better at posting one one version of an image as to not bore people. But see, I'm part of this group that recreates cd covers and I did two versions of this particular album and I can't decide which to post to the group tomorrow. So I figured I'd just post both today and tomorrow I'll look at which one Flickr has decided is more "interesting" and I'll go with that. Feel free to tell me they both suck. :)
