Doobie and I awoke on Sunday to a cold but sunny morning. She offered to make breakfast. I agreed. The only problem was that the only coffee in the house was some undoubtably stale Illy Espresso. Thankfully Doobie offered to make the coffee as well as I wanted nothing to do with those beans or the coffee maker. She did a good job with what she had. The brew was soft and flavorless. Super smooth and totally boring. Mmm. Stale Italian Coffee. And it means nothing that I drank the whole pot. Really.

Iced Mocha Latte

You'll need: espresso machine Ice Cream Maker 1 pot of espresso 3 cups milk 2 - 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup -- or more to taste. Pour milk into ice cream maker. Follow with the hot espresso and chocolate syrup. Turn on machine and in about 15 or 20 minutes you can enjoy 2 tall glasses of iced mocha latte. Save your money, make your own. :o) It's so easy! Granted you need the espresso machine and ice cream maker.....
