I am all for getting the most from my Multiple Listing Service membership. With it I can go in an see most any house that is for sale no matter what company has it listed. If you see a house you would like to see the inside of I don't mind at all taking you in to see it at your convenience and giving you the MLS printout and details on it. It is always good to get out and meet prospective buyers. It also helps me keep on top of what is out there. Give me a call, I am happy to do it.
Another aspect of it is that there are a lot of people who don't work 9 to 5 jobs with the weekends off. Police officers, hospital workers, just to name a few. They may be working when open houses are usually held. Commuters usually have less free time to fit into the little window for regular open houses. In the winter commuters get home after dark. I don't mind showing a house at night (before 10) if that is your need.
There are other reasons someone may want to real quick get in to see a place. Whatever, just call me, it is just good customer service.
