A good agent listens.
A good agent doesn't have an agenda and want to push what they want on the client.
A good agent is patient and realizes most people are still figuring out what they want.
A good agent advocates for what there client wants.
A good agent explains what is going on along the way but doesn't get to technical.
A good agent follows the clients lead.
A good agent knows the legal stuff and try's to keep everyone out of trouble.
A good agent has to be trust worthy.
A good agent protects there client.
A good agent is not just in it for the money.
A good agent slows down and answers questions you have thoroughly.
