05. Can I buy?

A common question. Sometimes people are afraid to ask it because they think they are putting people out. Please you are not at all, no committment you are just asking so you can weigh your options and decide if it is right for you. I understand that. It is a simple question but doesn't have a black and white simple answer. There are a lot of factors that weigh in on it. Credit score, cash on hand, income level, job stabilty. Let me say this, I didn't buy my first home till I was older because I didn't think I could. I was wrong, I found someone can use Ira's, pensions, 401k's and other means for down payment without penalties. There are loan programs still out there that you can buy with no money out of pocket. The government is always coming out with different loan programs to help people get into a home. These programs are always changing. Bottom line is you need to ask someone whom that is there expertise or profession, financing home buying. Watch it, there are shiesters out there, a lot of those that do a lot of advertising are just in it for the money. I can put you in contact with good people that in a phone call they will ask several questions and tell you within minutes what your options are. No committments just let you know what you are qualified for so you can figure out where you want to go from there. If you are thinking maybe, call or email me I will get you connected to the right people. It doesn't cost anything and from there you can decide where you want to go and who you would want to use if you did buy.
