You work hard to buy or sell you clients home. You make them happy and content..... and you are done. You then have to go find someone else that needs an agent to buy or sell there home. You are constantly on the look out for another person to work with. Most of the agents time is spent doing what is professionally called prospecting, or looking for new clients.
The biggest help you can give to a good agent is to help promote and recommend them. If they worked hard and did you right, do that for them. Tell you friends and co workers. The number one source of new clients is recommendations and word of mouth. If I earned it, thanks for the help. Smile
