About

South East Asia (SEA) is a hotspot of both biological diversity and cultural diversity at threat. The losses of biodiversity expose disease risk, reduce ecosystem services and eventually jeopardize human well-being. Now it’s time to urge more new technology, enthusiastic citizen and interdisciplinary collaboration to pursue better Human, Animal and Environment health, and ultimately towards the goal of ONE HEALTH.

With the great successes of two previous symposiums, 1st in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, 2014 and the 2nd in Bangkok, Thailand, 2016, the 3rd Symposium of “Biodiversity and Health in SEA” aims to mainstream biodiversity, engage citizen participations and pursue more sustainable and healthy future.

We are looking forward to see you in Taiwan!
