Processor cooler. True black cooler. Processor Cooler
297/365 New life breathed...! Oct 24-297/365 This was what's been crashing my laptop these past few months. My mother told me that I invested in a good computer when I bought it almost three years ago. What you see here is the processor thermal-cooling assembly to a Dell Inspiron 1525. I took a big risk buying a used one from eBay, and it came yesterday (couldn't have come at a better time). And to test it out I left it on for the better part of 24 hours. It was still on! I also didn't know that when I changed parts that this one was about to turn black, whereas the new part-although used-was a bright fiery orange (just like the one in the picture when I printed from the Dell website how to fix this part). And also using the better judgment of friends and relatives, I invested in a cooler as well as made (and still making) backup discs of all my files. I gotta reformat this thing anyway. I think I got another two or three years of life left in this thing. Gotta keep it goin'... © 2010 JVLIVS Photography. All rights reserved. Off-site Processor Cooling
Never seen this actually implemented before, but I'd heard of it. Routed to twin 80mm fans at the back of the case, it's a full off-site proc cooling system. Mini-itx case, too. Flippin sweet.
