I did my best to keep the water an even 130 degrees Fahrenheit for the entire cooking time. I initially filled the cooler with hot tap water, about 80% of the way to start, which worked out well because it left room for a few periodically pours of boiling water to bring the temperature back up.

Beer Cooler.

Beer in the cooler. Who needs this though when you have Boddingtons and Chimay on tap.
