The last day of the Games. It has been a great week and it really is a bit sad to see it end.

Hunter only has Alan and Penny in the bronze play-off today and achieved the bronze medal with a walkover. Not the best way to get there, but after some great games in the pool rounds it was probably the right result.

At midday the medal presentation commenced.


Alan: It was great to win some medals and I'm sure it will help in getting more people into badminton in the Hunter area. A big thanks to all the support from our sponsors and other Hunter badminton players.
