Where: Ballrooms 1, 2 & 3 (see the
layout of the conference space)
Duration Limit:
- 30 minutes for Invited Talks -- 25 minutes for set-up and oral presentation, and five minutes for questions and answers
- 15 minutes for Contributed Talks -- 12 minutes for set up and oral presentation, and three minutes for questions and answers
Provided Equipment: a laptop, projector and screen, microphone, and pointer
- The laptops will accept PowerPoint and PDF files, and USB memory sticks
NOTE: Presenters should contact the session chair before their session to upload their presentation to the laptop
