Sign-Up and on-site Registration Hours and Location


Sunday:        6-8 pm (Saratoga Hilton Lower Lobby)
Monday:       7-9:30 am, 6-8 pm (Saratoga Hilton Lower Lobby)
Tuesday:      7 am-1:30 pm (Saratoga Hilton Lower Lobby) 3pm-6pm (City Center Hall D)
Wednesday: 7 am - 4:30 pm (City Center Hall D)
Thursday:     7 am - 6 pm (City Center Hall D)
Friday:          7 am - noon (Saratoga Hilton Lower Lobby)

Business Center Amenities


The Business Center at the Saratoga Hilton is available to all GEC attendees at no cost.  It is equipped with the following:
  • fax machine/copier/printer all in one
  • 2 additional printers
  • 3 computer terminals (accessible 24 hours a day for the hotel guests)
  • wireless high speed internet

Maps


Check new maps for Saratoga Springs and commute to Albany Nanotech (Thank you 'travel' local committee member!). 

You will probably find them included in your welcome packet when you arrive to the conference.
