About Elizabeth Neuffer

2008 Forum Committee

This year's Elizabeth Neuffer Forum, "Human Rights and the Presidency," will be held on August 14th at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library in Boston from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Held annually since 2005, the Forum is open to the public. Speakers and panelists have included distinguished journalists and authors, policymakers, scholars, and advocates in human rights and social justice. The Forum is named for Elizabeth Neuffer, a Boston Globe correspondent who died in Iraq in May 2003. Her book on genocide in Bosnia and Rwanda, "The Key to My Neighbor's House," was published in 2001.  For more information, follow the links on the left.
