Residence Inn by Marriott Courtyard Marriott We appreciate the opportunity to host the Folsom Classic Soccer Tournament in August! Please review the following information:
Arrival Dates: Friday, August 1st 2008 Depart Dates: Sunday, August 3rd 2008 # of Totals Rooms: Residence Inn: 15 Studio Suites $135.00
Courtyard: 25 King Size Beds $125.00 5 Two-Queen Size Beds $125.00
Please advise the teams to call the hotels at (916)983-7289 for the Residence Inn and (916)984-7624 for the Courtyard to make the reservations, advise the agent that they have a block of rooms with the “Folsom Classic Soccer Tournament” and would like to book one of the rooms. Advise them that we will need their credit card number to finalize the changes. We will need arrival dates and departure dates. Also, please advise them of cancellation policy 24 hours prior to arrival date.
The cancellation policy for groups is 24 hours prior to arrival and that reservations MUST be made by July 1st to guarantee the group rate. Both hotels include a full-hot breakfast in the rate. Courtyard has extended the cut-off date for reservations so if there are any teams that still need to make reservations, Kathryn at the Courtyard would be happy to help them out. |
