- Bai Hao Yinzhen (; Jyutping: baak6 hou4 ngan4 zam1) is a white tea which is chiefly produced in Fujian Province in China with only limited or negligible production outside and more commonly just known as Yinzhen.

- White tea is a tea made with buds, and, in some cases, young leaves which are sun dried or dried by steaming. Like green tea, white tea is not oxidized. Like green, oolong and black tea, white tea comes from the Camellia sinensis plant. Oolong and black teas are oxidized before curing.

Compared to other teas, White teas are very low in caffeine and contain high concentrations of antioxidant polyphenols (tea catechins). White tea originated in a small area north of the Min River in the province of Fujian. It is in this region, 1000 meters above sea level where Rishi White teas are cultivated organically at select smallholder gardens using authentic white tea bush varietals and the classic white tea leaf-withering process.
