Bauer and Roh family reunion, Sept. 4, 1921
This event was held in Lansing, Michigan. The next image in my photostream names each attendee. Here are the recorded minutes of that day: "The Bauer Family Reunion was held in Lansing Sunday Sept. 4, 1921. The meeting was called to order by our president, Mary Mast. The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. A committee of three was appointed to nominate officers for the coming year. Mrs. Charlie Clark, President Mrs. Carl Mast, Vice President Norma Mast, Secretary It was voted that we have our next reunion at Ann Arbor the first Sunday in Aug. 1922. There was a speech by our newly elected Vice President. A motion was made and seconded that the acting secretary buy a book and keep a record of the reunions."

Had this coin about 40 years. My dad found it and told me to keep it and as you can see it is nearly 120 years old. I have found out that this is a Morgan Silver Dollar and that this particular one was from the Philadelphia Mint. They were issued from 1870-1904 then after a long gap a final issue was minted in 1921.
