And just to prove that Kiwis can take a bit of stick as good as they give it -  I have included this link.  The australian television show challenged 2 advertising companies to come up with a campaign that would encourage Australians to invade New Zealand.  They had some hilairious results - see below:
 Well I know I'm biased and probably a bit homesick! But I think New Zealand and its people are wonderful, friendly and welcoming.  Growing up there is a fantastic experience.  Just so you know I am not making stuff up completely - I thought I would include this link from an american who visited - I can relate to everything in her blog:
