PS3 Analog Stick Mod
These analog sticks are direct replacements for the ones that come on the controller. Replacing them is a matter of removing 7 screws, removing the controller shell, pulling the old ones off, then putting the new ones on. You will need a Torx T8 Security screwdriver (be sure to get the security driver, or else it will not fit the screws). I got the sticks and screwdriver from llamma.com. The sticks were $3.99 and the screwdriver I bought was $7.99, though there is a cheaper one. These are a bit taller, which makes them a bit easier to use (more leverage), and they have a grippier surface. I highly recommend them.
The last challenge
Kitty tried to take the head further apart; even a funny-shaped security screw couldn't stop him (see the screwdriver head.) However, beyond that screw was an even stranger thingy which we had no tool to remove (a hexagonal thing sticking out from a hole.)
