Honey Pineapple
While we were in China, my dad and I had a surprisingly difficult time finding fruits. I remember that common fruits such as apples and oranges were quite expensive and not very fresh. We were missing our fruits, until we got to Yunan (in the south). Then we encountered an abundance of fresh fruits for a very good price. These pineapples here are called "honey pinapples". They were smaller than the regular ones, and tasted as sweet as honey! They were oh so yummy! ...but the best part of buying fruits in this province, is that everything was prepared for by the vendor, all you gotta do is pay, and you walk away with a bag or container of ready-to-bite fruits.
