Vintage camera love (+1)
Cliche Saturday scavenger hunt: camera edition. Another beautiful day in these parts. But what made it even more beautiful was that my wonderful dad found this old Folding Brownie camera for me at a charity shop! I think I'd mentioned to him (maybe a few too many times) that I was interested in trying to track down some vintage cameras, but wasn't really sure where to start looking... and he starts my collection for me! He's the bestest. :) Happy Cliche Saturday! :)
ain't got nobo-o-o-o-dy
while bumming around baltimore with cate yesterday, i found an old kodak folding autographic camera, ca. 1920, in really good shape. i had already decided to bring it home when i saw it had its own tiny little viewfinder in the shape of a cross. so when i got back to leslie's house, i used it to shoot this skull cookie jar i brought her from a recent trip to target. i have to go drink tea and nap now, cos i feel like this guy. ack.
