Electrical Engineering from National University of Sciences and
Technology, Pakistan in 2001. He worked with Communications Enabling
Technologies as a member of SoC Tools group from 2001 to 2002. He received MS from University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA in 2004
and PhD from Texas A&M University, College Station, TX in
2008, both in Electrical Engineering. He has worked in Qualcomm Inc. in HSDPA performance
test team in 2005/06. Currently, he is holding an Assistant Professor
position in the Department of Electronics Engineering at Iqra
University, Pakistan. His research interests include communications receiver design, estimation and
detection theory, and synchronization
in wireless sensor networks.
